    What kind of rental items are available for infants (babies)?

     The available rental items include baby cribs (Nuna Sena), baby bathtubs, strollers (Rian Gram Plus, portable), child step stools, bed guards, and bottle sterilizers. Rentals are subject to availability and condition, so please request in advance or at check-in. Upon request at check-in, the items will be delivered to your room. Baby amenities are available for purchase at check-in. (The brand of baby amenities may change depending on hotel circumstances.)

    Is it possible to rent devices such as humidifiers and air purifiers?

    Air purifiers, dehumidifiers, fans, humidifiers, irons, radiators, umbrellas, USB chargers, and adapters are available for rental.
    For all rental items, we check the remaining quantity and inform you.
    In the case of transformers (1EA) and wheelchairs (2EA), there are not many in stock.
    Please understand that even if you make a reservation in advance, rental may be difficult depending on the preservation condition.
