Socar Usage Guide
•If foreigners meet the following usage conditions, they can use the service.
The usage conditions are as follows.
1. Must be 21 years old or older (as of 2023, born on or before 2002).
2. Must have held a South Korean driver's license for at least 1 year (South Korean driver's license acquisition is mandatory).

1. Sign Up
Download the Socar app on your smartphone and register your driver's license and payment card. Socar is available for users aged 21 and above, with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
2. Reservation
Set your usage time, select the location where you need the vehicle, and choose your preferred car model.
※ Open the app → Log in → Click on "[Find a nearby Socar Zone]" on the main screen → Click on the ⓢ icon floating above the parking lot of the Parnas Hotel on the map → Select rental and return times in "[Set Usage Time]" at the top of the screen → Choose your desired car model → Proceed with payment after selecting the "[Coverage Product (Deductible)]".
3. Find the Vehicle
Check the detailed information about the Socar Zone where the vehicle is parked in the Socar app. Use the smart key in the Socar app to easily locate Socar by turning on the emergency lights or sounding the horn.
4. Usage
Before boarding, check the vehicle's exterior, interior, and fuel level.
You can use the vehicle 5 minutes before the reserved rental time, and after activating the Bluetooth function, you can conveniently open and close the vehicle door with the smart key in the Socar app.
5. Return
After parking at the designated location, check if there are any belongings left in the vehicle. After locking the doors, press the "Return" button to complete the usage.
