[Split schedule system information]

To ensure a more comfortable and safe swimming pool experience for customers, Estuary's indoor & outdoor swimming pools will operate on a split schedule from July 1 to August 31.

Split schedule system: Split schedule system applies only in the afternoon. During morning hours, guests can use the indoor & outdoor swimming pools at their leisure without split schedule restrictions.

Advance reservation system: Please access the QR code in the hotel usage guide received at check-in to book in advance the desired time slot.

Re-entry: To ensure comfortable and safe use of the swimming pool, re-entry is not possible after exiting during the operation of split schedule, but re-entry at guest’s leisure is permitted during morning hours.

Swimming pool maintenance time: Maintenance for safety and facility inspections is conducted for 20 minutes between the scheduled swimming pool operating hours. The swimming pool is closed during maintenance hours.

To ensure safe and comfortable use of the swimming pool, maintenance sessions are conducted for 20 minutes 3 times a day.
Guests must exit the swimming pool during maintenance times, and re-entry is not permitted until the next scheduled operating hours.

Registration: Please reserve an item you want at the “Bar Le(poolside bar)”.

※ Prices include 10% tax.
※ Usage time cannot be split. Even if there is a break between sessions, re-entry is not allowed.
※ Reservations can be made on-site at the Poolside Bar or after check-in.

[Swimming Pool Visitor Policy]

The indoor pool and the outdoor pool are for accommodation guests only. The pools can be accessed by the number of guests registered for the room reservation. External guests not registered for the room cannot access the pools.

Once the maximum capacity is reached, pool entry may be restricted or there may be a waiting time to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for guests.

20-minute maintenance is carried out every 3 hours and 20 minutes to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. It is required to exit the pools during the maintenance times, and it is not allowed to re-enter the pools in the subsequent session. (Maintenance time: 11:00-11:20 / 15:40-16:00 / 19:20-19:40)

Access may be restricted due to weather conditions, such as strong winds and heavy rain, to avoid safety hazards.

Please keep wearing the wrist band provided upon arrival until you leave the pool.

Please refrain from causing inconvenience to others; our safety guard may intervene for safety reasons.

Guests with tattoos are requested to cover them with rash guards or other items.

The sunbeds are available free of charge at a limited quantity and offered by order of arrival. They are capped at two per room.

If a sun bed is not occupied for 50 minutes or longer, it is considered vacant and can be allocated to other guests.

Hygiene and Etiquette

Please take a shower before entering the pool to keep the water clean.

Please cleanse your skin of any tanning lotion or oil before entering.

Infants and toddlers are requested to wear a waterproof diaper before entering the pool.

Smoking is prohibited in every section of the indoor and outdoor pools.

It is not allowed to bring in food or beverage from outside to the indoor or outdoor pool.

Safety

Please refer to the length, depth, and maximum capacity of the pools to ensure safety.

Diving is strictly prohibited.

Infants, toddlers, and children who are 130cm tall or shorter may be restricted to enter the pool, depending on the depth of water, and are requested to wear a life vest and accompany a guardian.

Those with infectious disease or symptoms, such as eye infection, skin disease, and respiratory illness, are not allowed to enter the pool.

It is prohibited to threaten safety by running around or moving in a way that poses any danger at the pool. A safety guard may intervene for safety reasons.

It is not permitted to bring in easily breakable items, such as glass containers, to the pool.

If you are mildly injured while using the pool, please let the safety staff know immediately to receive treatment and follow the instructions from our safety staff.

Please safeguard your belongings. Parnas Hotel Jeju is not liable for personal belonging loss, damage, or theft.

The swimming pool guest’s safety is their own responsibility. Parnas Hotel Jeju is not liable for any injuries that occurred at the venue.

Photography and Video filming

It is prohibited to take photos or videos without permission for commercial purposes.

It is strictly banned to take photos or videos at the pool, in the water, or inside the locker room.

It may be restricted to take photos or videos that may cause inconvenience to others.

Clothing

Please wear a swimsuit at the pool. Other clothing items are not permitted.

When entering the outdoor pool, please take off shoes and wear clothing items made from swimsuit materials. (Cotton T-shirt, cotton pants, aqua shoes not allowed)

Infants and toddlers must wear a waterproof diaper to access the pool.

Equipment

When used, tubes must be worn by guests. Using a tube may be restricted when there are strong winds.

Using swimming items that may cause inconvenience to others, such as large-sized tubes of a diameter with 100cm or longer, flippers, snorkeling equipment, water guns, and balls, are restricted.

Swimsuits, swimming goggles, swimming caps, and hair bands are not available for rental.

If you wish to purchase tubes, swimming goggles, hair bands, or waterproof diapers, please use the vending machine at the pool.
